Return and Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Return and Replacement

• Prapnoti Marketing accepts returns and replacements only for shipping errors, including wrong item, wrong quantity, or damage caused during transit.
• We do not accept claims related to manufacturer defects or product quality issues. Such claims must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
• Video proof of unboxing clearly showing the product condition and packaging must be recorded and submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to provide timely video evidence will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
• Claims must be raised within 24 hours to vamsi@prapnoti.com or +91 96182 47722 from the date of delivery.
• Returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders by the customer, or damage after delivery are not accepted.

2. Return Authorization

• Returns or replacements require prior authorization from Prapnoti Marketing. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase, detailed issue description, and the required video evidence to initiate any claim.

3. Condition of Returned Items

• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Products showing any signs of use, tampering, or customer-inflicted damage will be rejected without exception.

4. Inspection and Processing Time

• All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection by Prapnoti Marketing.
• The review and verification process will take 15 to 25 business working days.
• Only after successful verification will a return or replacement be approved.

5. Return and Replacement Timeline

• Once approved, the processing and dispatch of replacement or refund will take an additional 30 to 45 business working days.
• Customers are advised to consider this timeline before initiating claims.

6. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs for returns due to verified shipping errors will be borne by Prapnoti Marketing.
• All other shipping costs related to returns or replacements will be borne by the customer.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

• Prapnoti Marketing disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
• Refunds or replacements are limited strictly to the product value and do not include any additional costs or losses.

8. Final Authority

• Prapnoti Marketing reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or reject any return or replacement request at its discretion.
• Any attempt to bypass or violate these terms may lead to permanent refusal of service.
